When can I begin sleep training my baby?

For newborns (3 months and under), we recommend our Newborn Sleep Consultation to teach healthy sleep habits from the start.  Many families that invest in this option, don’t ever have to do sleep training.

We can begin the sleep coaching process with babies that are at least 4 months of age, based on the estimated due date. We work with families with children up to 8 years of age.

Is my child too old to learn new sleep skills?

Not at all!  We specialize in toddlers, preschoolers and big kids!  It is never too late to teach healthy sleep habits.

Can you help more than one child? Twins?

Yes and yes.  If there are multiple, different aged children in your family, we can work at creating healthy sleep habits for each child either one after another or at the same time, based on the parents’ preferences/family dynamic. There is an additional charge for multiple children.

We LOVE twins and parents of multiples!  Both Christine & Renee are twin Moms and twin sleep experts.  And this is the one case where it truly is two for one – we don’t charge extra for twins!

Will my baby cry?

Short answer: yes.  When we are making a change, babies and children get upset.  Crying is the way your little one can voice their unhappiness with the change.  Once children get more rest and they develop independent sleep skills, protesting the change lessens and sleep becomes easier – for everyone.  Putting themselves to sleep will soon become their new norm.

Do you do just one method of sleep training?

Our team is trained on all of the most effective sleep training methods available.  Our methods range from high parental involvement to limited parental involvement.

We don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach and look at each family individually. We work with parents to choose a method based on the child’s personality and temperament as well as the parent’s parenting philosophy.

I’m breastfeeding. Can I sleep train?

Our team is 100% pro-breastfeeding if that is the right feeding choice for the family.  We will support you on your journey to healthy sleep habits and help preserve your breastfeeding journey as well.

Our founder Christine is a lactation counselor and the entire team has received training on breastfeeding and sleep.

My baby still needs to eat at night – can we sleep train?

Of course!  We will always follow your pediatrician’s guidance on night feeding because we always want to ensure that we are meeting your baby’s needs.  Many formula-fed babies will continue to need a night feeding until they are 6 months and breastfed babies can need a night feeding until 7 – 9 months.

How does the process work?

For support packages, we like to have a quick 15-minute intro call to ensure we are a good fit and so we can determine the package that will suit your family’s sleep goals.

For packages without support, you can use the links above to sign up directly.

Once you are signed, up, you will receive a Family Intake Form where we ask you questions to help us to uncover the areas where we need to make adjustments.

The next step is to schedule our consultation.  During the consult,  we will use the Family Intake Form as a guide for your consultant to educate on ways to improve your child's sleep and we formulate the plan together.

After our consultation, if your package includes a sleep plan, we will create your customized sleep plan.

Once you kick off your plan, that is when the support starts and includes daily sleep log analysis, phone, email and text support.  We want you to feel well supported through the process.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We understand that making this investment can seem daunting - especially if you feel like you've tried everything.

All that being said, we do not offer a money-back guarantee for two reasons:

  1. The majority of success is based on the parents' ability to be consistent and follow the plan and this is a factor that is outside of our control.
